We strive to continue improving our menu to cater the diverse needs and preferences of customers.To cope with our continuous growth and development of theJapanese Restaurant business, we are now seeking for high caliber candidates to join as a member of ourteam : Responsibilities : Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, payroll & MPF, medical and leave administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations,etcMaintain a complete and updated personnel records of newcomers, termination and movement in HR System, personnel files and master filesAssist to develop and implement HR policies and proceduresProviding full range of office & shops administration supportParticipate in ad hoc projects as assignedRequirements : Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplinesAt least 5 years solid experience in performing full spectrum human resources function in sizable organization, with Catering industry is preferentialFamiliar with Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislationsStrong ability in independent, proactive, detail minded, well organized, team player with can do attitude to work with different partiesExperience in handling internal audit reports.
Good command in spoken and written English and ChineseSolid experience in using Alpha / ERP payroll system is preferableProficiency PC knowledge in MS word, Excel, Chinese Word processing and PowerPoint presentationImmediate availability is highly preferred Candidates with more experienced will be considered for the post of Human Resources & Administration Officer We offer 5-
