Manage the whole recruitment function as well as identify the manpower needs and perform the selection process.
Determine and review the functionalities of each job roles in each department and provide professional advices to line managers on selection criteria and matching.
Assist in developing, reviewing, formulating and executing HR polices and guidelines in accordance with internal regulations and ensure the compliance of Employment Ordinance.
Establish various recruitment channels as well as evaluate the effectiveness and hence to make improvement to achieve the best outcome / feedback from markets.
Lead a team to perform day-to-day recruitment function as well as ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirement : :
Bacheor Degree in Human Resources or above in related discipline
6 years solid all-round HR experience gained from sizable & face-paced firm with 2 years in supervisory level.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Immediate availabe would be highly preferable
