This position is accountable for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Achieves the planned growth for service revenue and bookings in the assigned business divisions / accounts. Provides sales forecasts and communicates any significant changes proactively.
Develops marketing plan and promotion campaign to boost service revenue. Develops service product portfolio Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifies trends that affects business growth and profitability.
Collaborates with other groups within Thermo Fisher to implement cross-selling opportunities. Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with Thermo Fisher Scientific policies.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
Degree in a life science related discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience Strong business acumen and proactive customer-focus Goal-oriented with strong drive to the achievement Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Outgoing personality with good integrity Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
