The Department

Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project managemant and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

You will :

  • AssistFacilities Services Support Manager in managing concierge and implementing customer services and reception services initiatives
  • Supervise outsource teams to provide cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping and day to day Facilities Management services in Quarters.
  • Evaluate their services performance

  • Ensure all planned and scheduled services are being delivered as the services contract and services level agreement
  • Responsible for tenant move in / out. Ensure services apartment readiness, cleanliness and maintain inventory of all consumable
  • Carry out introduction to new tenants and site visit with potential tenants
  • Reviews and update periodic reports including financials, services and occupant move in / out. Works with internal support departments and end-users
  • Ensure Frontline staff perform their duties in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage signage & notice, tenant information and communication
  • You should have :

  • A degree / higher diploma in Facility Management / Property Management / Hospitality studies
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in facility management / property management / hospitality related services of which 2 years should be at supervisory level and 2 years with solid experience in customer services and engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in managing concierge / reception is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in software applications such as English and Chinese word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proactive, energetic and independent attitude

  • Required perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
  • 5 working days, required working on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
