Job Summary :

Develop and implement communications and PR strategies for Agency Recruitment. Build, craft and develop recruitment material, owning the creative process of all agency initiatives, campaign and events

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and implement agency recruitment communication plan and materials, which include agency communication materials, recruitment tools and promotional materials etc
  • Conduct market / competitor research to understand the latest market trends and competitor act. Identify the markets needs and our gaps and initiate action plan to cope with the findings
  • Develop and maintain agency recruitment materials in company website, social medial, and campus’s career centre
  • Explore and venture new recruitment ideas and assist in agency recruitment events
  • Support other AA functions to develop, reinvent communication materials
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects / workforce as required
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Translation, Business Administration or other related subject area.
  • Demonstrated ability in life insurance agency channel across agency recruitment, agency reward / incentives, agency events or other agency channel function.
  • Familiar with social medial promotion, online recruitment campaign and promotion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with
  • and influence senior executives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
