Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
To build the adidas brand in digital channel as the best sports brand in Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities :
Work closely with the supervisor to assist in the development of digital plan according to marketing strategy for adidas focusing on social media, display ads, SEM, website & consumer activation to continuously build brand equity, and maximize the impact of event, promotion or product launch
Monitor competitor and provide input to develop marketing strategy against competitor
Plan and promote non-campaign products through bought, owned and earned social media platforms and brand websites
Plan and organize event, activation and sponsorship with digital exposure
Analyze and evaluate campaign effectiveness with supporting data and references
Develop digital content / material
Work closely with agencies and media for own budget & earned media
Plan the development and execution of the digital plan to create competitive media advantages for adidas and develop integrated and valuable media plan
Execute the tracking system to continuously understand consumer insight / attitude and take-away of our programs, identify more business opportunity and make necessary changes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Deep understanding of sport style products footwear / apparel, sneaker and fashion
Passion for sports
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Be able to meet tight timelines
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
A university degree in Multi-media / Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the marketing department of a global consumer goods brand or advertising agency serving global consumer goods brands
