We are looking for someone with :

Degree holder with 5+ years of experience

Experience in MPF / pension, life insurance industry, or / and Financial Services Industries is an advantage

Experience in PMO services, managing 1-2 simultaneous project from project initiation to implementation, will be an advantage

Independent, self-driven and a good team player

Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills

Attentive to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and facilitation skills

Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changes and uncertainties

Ability to build and maintain honest, ethical and fair relationships with direct reports, peers, and supervisors.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Knowledge of enterprise PMO and PMO governance is a plus

Certification(s) in PMP / Agile methodologies (CSM / PSM or equivalent) is preferred but not required

Proficient in MS Office suite of products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must; knowledge of MS Project and Visio is an advantage

On the job you will :

Manage projects to plan, pivot and perform changes to projects include priority, scope, schedule, and costs

Plan and manage internal resources across different global, regional, and local functions, business units and stakeholders

Manage relationships across all business lines and with external parties, defining requirements, agreeing terms, and ensuring delivery

Engage the relevant functions, business units and stakeholders, and influence others to ensure project visibility and effective communication to enable the relevant parties understand the coming changes and implications

Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues and dynamic problems, and escalate to regional and global project team in a timely and effective manner

Partner with the Scrum Master to guide the teams on Agile methodology, Scrum values and processes

Facilitate Program Increment ( PI ), sprint planning processes and all other scrum ceremonies; and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery

Provide a clear and complete handover to the team to be working with the output that the project team delivered

Prepare and present regular project reviews and update, report project status to regional and global project lead, and to local and regional stakeholders
