  • Undertake a variety of administrative and programme management tasks, including planning and coordination of a research-based campaign and its activities;
  • campaign advertising; promotion and marketing; research participants recruitment; ensuring implementation of research protocol and practices;
  • maintaining budget and tracking expenditures / transactions; administrative work of research project; report writing; and performing any other duties as assigned.


    A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Promotion and Advertising / Event and Promotion Management or related disciplines, with no more than a total of 6 years of service at the University.

  • Proven experience as programme coordinator or relevant position, with knowledge of programme management and development procedures, budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting;
  • being tech savvy, detail-oriented and efficient; proficiency in MS Office; ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams;
  • excellent time management and organizational skills; and outstanding written and spoken communication skills are required.
