User support / trouble shooting : support users and solve their daily IT problems.
Hardware / software installation : setup the machine for new staff, install / upgrade software upon request, co-ordinate and assist vendor on any system services.
Network / server administration : perform daily routine tasks such as monitoring usage, stability, capacity for servers, services and network, create / delete user accounts and regular housekeeping.
Carry out technology researches and recommend innovative technical solutions to software development team.
Documentation : prepare or update relevant IT documentation as required.
Supervise Technical Support in accordance with the prescribed company-wide policies and procedures.
Responsible to act as security control advisor, asset owner & custodian based on our information security framework.
Develop application, where necessary, to automate routine tasks for better operation efficiency (e.g. SharePoint, robotic process automation (RPA), etc.).
System performance statistical data collection, documentation maintenance and provide recommendations to senior management
Report any hardware failure and assist vendor in fixing the failure when necessary
Degree or Diploma holder in computer related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in computer operations and Microsoft Window administration
Certificate on IT industry / MCSE, CCNA
Experience in MS Windows administration.
Knowledge in multi-tiered application, .Net / Java technology
Adaptive to new IT technologies
Excellent technical problem solving skills
Hand-on experience in sharepoint development would be an advantage
