Project management : coordination and communication for projects with internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone fully updated via self-hosted reoccurring meetings
Own client’s Global Project Plan, ensuring on-time delivery of all active projects to the best of our team’s abilities
Continue to lead on behalf of business team on individual projects’ detailed requirements gathering, development, testing, and operational implementation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Lead systems and business process optimization for client control tower.
Establish, defined process and implement best practices
Lead project management efforts by having close collaboration with internal stake holders
Strengthen engagement with client's stake holders with aim to deepen relationship in support of APLL commercial and operational initiatives
Establish, fine-tune and customize KPI to succinctly measure performance per client’s SLA
Leverage APLL systems and process knowledge to support control tower team and origins with operational and technical
Provide analysis and recommendations to control tower lead for process improvement opportunities
Facilitate control tower lead to develop customer level business & operations performance KPIs. Perform analysis, identify gaps and work with account managers for appropriate corrective and preventive actions
University Degree holder or equivalent qualification
Min 8 years' working experience in the international logistics with min 5 years’ track record in an analyst role with increasing responsibilities
Candidate with working experience in the retail industry
Excellent in presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong in strategic and commercial thinking
Strong in building networks and relationships at various levels
Strong ability to adopt & adapt new information technologies at work
Good business acumen
Aggressive in driving new supply chain opportunities and achieving service excellence
