  • Provide secretarial assistance to the Rates, CPM and COO department heads.
  • Provide general administration support to the team members in all aspects including filing, scanning, etc.
  • Proactive calendar management and extensive logistical coordination of conferences, events and meetings
  • Make travel arrangements including visa coordination, process reimbursement claims and prepare expense reports
  • Complete expense reports, handling daily mail, file systems and coverage of phone lines
  • Coordinate on boarding arrangements for new staff including computer set up, phone and office supply arrangement, etc.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative support experience from financial institutions, candidate with experience supporting the front office business will be highly preferable
  • Strong command in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Team player, attention to details, sensitive to numbers, and ability to work independently
