We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support business leaders in the delivery of value added HR services to the Food & Beverage team in areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, deployment and development.
What will you be doing :
Manage a robust and comprehensive talent management system to facilitate talent rotations amongst our restaurants globally
Maintain constant dialogue with business leaders and ground staff to ensure HR needs are met and global initiatives / targets are aligned.
Provide insightful updates on HR market trends and relevant compliance or labour requirements in the F&B sector in each local market.
Partner business leaders and corporate HR to derive, develop and drive a highly motivating rewards and retention program.
Work with Shangri-La Academy to identify, develop and roll out training roadmaps for various levels of colleagues in the F&B division
What are we looking for :
Dynamic and driven Human Resource professional with strong operational HR experience in a regional capacity.
At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in a global Food & Beverage organization, international restaurant chain or hotel group.
Good understanding of F&B business with strong network of chefs and F&B talents
Experience in engaging, recruiting and structuring compensation packages for chefs and F&B talents globally
Pre opening experience in partnering business leaders to set up restaurants from scratch
Strong planning and organization skills and a good communicator who can effectively engage different levels of colleagues.
Effectively bi-lingual in spoken and written Chinese and English to ensure seamless communication with the stakeholders (eg. Chinese Chefs)
