Responsibilities :

Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy

Lead cross-departmental projects, provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation

Facilitate transformation at Omni Channels and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction

Drive and monitor progress of innovative and transformational projects

Participate at regional process transformation

Prepare various reports to Senior Management

Requirements :

Degree or above with major in Business Administration / Statistics / Finance / Fintech or related discipline is preferred

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in strategy planning and project management, experience gain in banking industry is preferable

Hands-on experience in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China / Asia Pacific are preferable

Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Master is preferable

Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage

Familiar with computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and able to set up Excel macros is an advantage

Flexible and adaptive to changes
