Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s strategic marketing and branding initiatives across all business lines and countries
  • Create and execute effective strategies across all marketing discipline including digital marketing, direct marketing, advertising, content and sales support collaterals etc
  • Put together effective Marketing framework in place, creating an annual plan that supports both business goals and regional marketing initiatives
  • Provide overall functional leadership for the marketing team, ensuring an appropriate structure, processes and tools are in place to support growth and development
  • Work with firms leaders to ensure the right tone and campaign is set for their line of business, launches or other updates
  • Work closely with Media and PR.
  • Role requirements

  • A degree in Marketing or Communications and atleast 15 + years of working experience gained from a Financial Services(global banks or alike) or Marketing agency business(with financial services expertise)
  • Proven working experience with Institutions providing both B2B and B2C financial offerings a strong advantage
  • Must have proven track record in building marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing and advertising
  • Ability to articulate and lead marketing vision, actively participate in and influence business growth plans important
  • Proven relationship management skills and experience in working with sales channels to deliver results through marketing programs
  • Experience in working for a fast paced, dynamic environment essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong in written and spoken English
  • Strong team management skills- including coaching, mentoring and providing directions.
