Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.
We have over 20 card products, including generic credit cards, co-branded credit cards, affinity cards and commercial cards, and are one of the leading credit card issuers in the market.
We are dedicated to offering customers superior credit card services and loyalty schemes, with an aim of enabling customers to get the most out of their day-to-day spending.
Our Unsecured Personal Loan services offer installment loans, revolving loans, and overdraft facilities to meet the financial needs of customers at all levels.
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Senior Unsecured Loan Product and Channel Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities :
Lead an unsecured loan team to own the overallperformance and profitability of all suites of unsecured loan productsincluding Personal Instalment Loan, Debt Consolidation Loan, Tax Loan, RevolvingLoan, etc.
Drive and coordinate the full product life cycle of unsecurdloan products including new loan acquisition, portfolio management, new productlaunch,pricing and funding, policycontrol and risk management oversight.
Ensure consistent delivery of superior customer experience throughoutthe product lifespan for personal lending business.
Drive product range optimisation to maximize profitablity anddevise product and pricing proposition to respond to competitive marketenvironment.
Devise marketing and segmentationstrategies and launch above-the-line and below-the-line marketing campaigns todrive business results while optimize marketing efficiency.
Cooperate with distribution channelsincluding telesales and digital banking to drive business from new customersand boost cross selling opportunities from existing customer base.
Drive product development and systemenhancement projects to enhance product features, improve customer journey andcomply with regulatory requirements.
University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ retail banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending as an advantage
Strong business vision, strategic and analytical thinking
Strong leadership and people management skills
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
