Job Description : Responsibilities :
Under the direct supervision of Senior Legal Counsel and will report to Senior Legal Counsel directly.
Draft and review various commercial agreements and related materials across various business lines.
Review business documents and related materials to ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations.
Review and update legal and compliance policies and procedures.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with various internal business functions and relevant professional advisers.
Provide assistance to other departments in legal matters.
Manage the litigation or potential litigation cases.
Hong Kong Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year post-qualification experiences or in-house experiences in Hong Kong.
Good written and verbal command of English and Chinese.
Strong organizational skills, good presentation and report writing skills.
Strong analytical skills and be able to work as a team.
Reliable with high integrity and responsibility, strong commercial sense and meticulous with good inter-personal skill.
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Legal Counsel. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Legal Counsel.
