Assistant Buildings & Office Services Manager

  • Manage administrators, receptionists, and office assistants to provide seamless day-to-day operations, continuously improve and optimize overall efficiency in office locations (CSW & Central)
  • Able to take lead on office renovation and refurbishment initiatives including stakeholder management to determine requirements, scope of work, cost estimation / timelines and required to supervise out-of-office works, when required.
  • Support BOS Manager by overseeing BOS related procurement, equipment repair / maintenance, and regular cleaning and maintenance services along with budgets.
  • Vendor contract / management including negotiation, monitoring service quality and services level agreement compliance
  • Act as a liaison with building management offices and member offices and act as onsite support team
  • Plan, organize and coordinate ad hoc projects and take on special tasks at different location as assigned

  • Highly adaptable to high-pressure and deadlines driven environments
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior management and brands.
  • Able to manage service providers, suppliers, designers, contractors, nominated services contractor, building management office, etc
  • Self-starter, strong team spirit, flexible, motivates team members, hands-on style of management, and a good sense of humor.
  • Willingness to work out of hours / weekends, when required
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Proficient in PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Minimum 5-10 years of related experience in sizable or multinational companies with at least 3-5 years of experience in similar managerial position
