Relationship Manager Global Banking Division Financial Institutions Group Hang Seng's Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions.

As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, Hang Seng offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.

Our experienced and knowledgeable professionals understand the specific requirements of our customers and are committed to providing tailor-made financial packages in their best interests.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Relationship Manager. Principal responsibilities

  • Manage HASE’s relationship with global financial institutions with an objective to maximize HASE’s profitability while adhering to credit appetite and financial crime risk management requirement of HASE on the sector clients;
  • Perform sales and marketing of HASE products and services, mainly transactional banking e.g. GLCM and GTRF products, as well as GM products including CD, bond trading and Repo requirements;
  • Work closely with FIG Client Management Team to perform appropriate CDD on existing and new counterparty relationship;
  • Work closely with FIG Credit Management Team to conduct counterparty annual review and to seek Risk approval for credit related issues of documentations including ISDA, GMRA and CSA etc.;
  • Follow up GRB and other stakeholders for business and operational queries related to relationship under managed upon required;
  • Establish and maintain close customer contacts and mutual understanding to flourish relationship, deliver excellent services and acquire updated information on customers’ business / financing needs;
  • Carry out sales and marketing of non-lending banking products with an objective to maximize the Bank’s profitability.
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, related discipline or other relevant qualifications;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in credit analysis, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management;
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation, high connectivity, with self-motivation and resilient;
  • Strong growth mindset, curious and creativity;
  • Sound communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage;
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
