Key Responsibilities :

External (Partner Alliance)

  • Grow the Security Business by developing comprehensive Business Plans for a portfolio of ICT to identify short and long-term strategic goals and tactical execution.
  • Guides partners to build cross-border solutions in their solution packages.
  • Drive Secure-Cloud-Connectivity Services business performance with Partners through monthly / quarterly reviews to review overall business performance across the organization in the Greater China & APAC Region.
  • Internal (Case Support & Department Collaboration, Solution Development)

  • Co-work with CTG Internals (e.g. Industrial Director, Product Development Team) to sustainably develop the ICT business with vendors (e.
  • g. Server, HCI ,Storage, HCI, Wi-Fi, Platform)

  • To promote integrated solutions both internally to sales teams and externally with customers’ needs
  • Identify new technology solutions from the market and facilitate the adoption in the company
  • Arrange the internal training periodically together with Partner Solution Manager to enhance the knowledge related to Cyber Security.
  • Organize join events with partners quarterly
  • Support Direct Sales Teams in generating business opportunities of ICT
  • Generating business opportunities of ICT to each sales team.
  • Requirements :

  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales revenue targets
  • Qualified the 1 core area and 1 non- core area sales certificate in each year.
  • Occasion Travel in APAC including China to meet ICT Partners is required
