The HR Officer responsible for our APAC regions based in our office in Hong Kong is a hands-on job that is directly responsible for the day to day HR management for our local office staff and ensuring that processes run smoothly in accordance to our company’s principles and values.

Our offices in APAC (Singapore, Hong-Kong and more to come ) are growing and developing fast.

You will report directly to the global HR Manager based in our headquarter in Paris.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Recruitment operations

  • Support the hiring process : Resumes screening and coordinating interviews
  • Onboarding operations

  • Coordinate with Paris HR / Admin team to support onboarding procedures which includes welcoming new joiners Support with work permit requirements for expatriate staff
  • Administrative operations :

  • Assist in a variety of administrative tasks (draft contracts, amendments, working certificates)
  • Ensure personnel actions are compliant with VC policies and procedures, contract requirements, regulations, and local labor law
  • Maintain personnel records in accordance with VC documentation requirements
  • Offboarding operations

  • Coordinate with Paris HR / Admin team to support on offboarding procedures, including arranging exit interviews, and collection of all equipment and termination documents
  • Ongoing operations

  • Serve as the main go-to person for a rapidly growing team and help whenver necessary
  • Foster and support a positive company culture
  • Apply group standard processes locally and support the HR Manager based in Paris in all process issues
  • Work closely with the reporting lines to contribute on various HR topics
  • Stay connected to the HR group community and develop / share local initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting
  • Organizational operations

  • Manage teams’ calendars by organizing internal and external meetings accordingly
  • Manage teams’ travel plans including the booking of flights and hotels
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Apprenticeship and / or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • First experience in the field of HR (recruitment, administration, legal)
  • Autonomous, well-organized, pragmatical and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, self-starter, drive and efficiency
  • Very good English language skills
