Your role

  • Handle customer telephone inquiries
  • Grasp any opportunities to sell or retain customers
  • Handle customer complaints appropriately and timely escalate to Unit Manager when the case is beyond his / her knowledge and authority or requested by customers
  • Follow the pre-set procedures & workflows properly and complete the job in a professional manner
  • Job Location : Hong Kong

    Requirements :

    To succeed in this role

  • HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above
  • Customer focused
  • Pro-active, eager to help and sell
  • Good listening and questioning skill
  • Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese and English
  • Knowledge on mobile products and services
  • Knowledge on common PC software applications would be an advantage
  • Able to work shift duty
  • Working Location : Tuen Mun or Kowloon Bay
