Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments.

The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading retail customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Protection and Legacy Specialist .

Principal responsibilities

  • Support and work closely in partnership with Premium Relationship Managers in the achievement of the Premier plan income, acquisition and growth
  • Recommend Jade solutions to Jade customers based on Premium Relationship Managers referrals or customer needs
  • Provide internal technical consultancy on their area of expertise
  • Continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent to the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructuring, and the impact of new technology
  • Requirements

  • University degree
  • Solid working experience in insurance field
  • High degree of technical skill in presenting insurance solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with strong decision making and ability to deliver
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Previous experience in regulated sales preferred
  • Knowledge of core products, Premier proposition and Personal banking
  • Solid knowledge of appropriate branch operational procedures
  • Money Laundering Awareness Certificate held
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in market
  • Team player and collaborative skills
  • Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations
  • Specialised knowledge of the market, understands current financial market activities
  • Extensive external market awareness of market conditions and new product solutions
  • Ability to deliver the client experience and needs-based solutions with Top Tier Premium Relationship Managers
  • Skillful in wealth advisory services
