Administrative Assistant (Family Office Business)

to join our team in Hong Kong.

Are you ready to Be the Change ?

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the insurance team to develop business and achieve business results from HNW clients;
  • Prepare for all KYC materials and full application documents;
  • Responsible for creating marketing & presentation materials;
  • Liaise closely with external service providers and insurance underwriters;
  • Arrange insurance training sessions for Relationship Managers;
  • Promptly follow up with clients' queries, payment renewal and claim process;
  • Assist Relationship Managers to meet with clients;
  • Assist the RO to ensure strict regulatory and compliance procedures.
  • Requirements

  • University degree with at least 5-8 years’ experience in administrative support role or similar capacity from insurance company, insurance broker or bancassurance;
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken;
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Team player with flexible mindset and good interpersonal skills.
