About the Role :
Citco Bank Nederland (CBN) provides fully integrated banking and cash management services in harmony with our fund administration and corporate & trust service offerings.
Building on our success and growing client portfolio, Citco Bank is establishing a Representative Office in Hong Kong to support its clients in the region.
The Representative Office Manager will be responsible for all locally performed liaison activities for CBN, including support and development of our existing clients in the region, and developing new client business opportunities.
You Will :
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of client queries regarding banking services, and acting as CBN liaison for operational queries presented by clients.
Provide an overview of banking and cash management services to clients of the Citco Group of Companies.
Attend periodic client service meetings;
Co-ordinate with Citco Bank Nederland N.V. offices and stakeholders on business related issues;
Perform periodical and ad-hoc internal reporting, marketing presentations, and minutes of business meeting to the Senior Management;
Be responsible for maintaining governance records of the representative office;
Be responsible for coordinating timely response to client due diligence questionnaires.
Have responsibility for maintaining relationship with local regulator in conjunction with compliance team.
About You :
You will hold a university degree in a relevant discipline and have a minimum of 7 to 10 years s experience, ideally within the Funds Industry;
and preferably with exposure to KYC and banking payments services.
You will have sound regulatory knowledge, and familiarity with AIFMD, UCITs , CRD IV and MIFID II are preferable;
You will have superior communication skills in Written and Spoken English.
Proficiency in Mandarin would be a distinct advantage.
