This role will support and facilitate agency projects and development programs to drive Company’s KPI as well as provide operational and analytical support to Agency Management.
Prepare business analysis reports and presentation materials to agency meetings and events
Prepare in-depth KPI study and business analysis of Agency under agency zone to support APE growth and headcount growth
Support in executing company strategies and initiatives in Agency Zone
Provide timely response to Agency Force as well as collect feedbacks
Support and assist in Zone activities such as monthly meetings, planning meetings and events
Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
3 years of experience in agency sales management
Good understanding in life insurance industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
Self-initiative, positive and good team player
Able to work under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
