Key Responsibilities :

Provide occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment, programme planning and implementation for chronic diseases related management and community rehabilitation

Provide group work, functional training, cognitive training, health promotion and education, patient and carer education, and technology related health and rehabilitation programmes

Provide clinical occupational therapy services to DHC clients

Provide outreach and home modification services if necessary

Work as a case manager for community rehabilitation services

Work as a team member in a multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver primary health and community rehabilitation services, and handle related administrative tasks

Requirements :

Registered as an Occupational Therapist in Part I under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance in Hong Kong

Have a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong

A locally recognized Bachelor degree holder in Occupational Therapy or equivalent

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as an Occupational Therapist

Salary :

Refer to the Government Master Pay Scale (MPS)(2021) (Point range : 25-33A)
