About the role

This role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) team in planning, structuring and harmonizing strategic programs and / or projects across Gap International Sourcing (GIS) business.

A key focus of the role is to ensure that the working team(s) drive productivity and efficiency across GIS by delivering robust E2E processes, supported by lean and efficient organization design.

The incumbent should continuously identify business improvement opportunities across process and systems and develop a delivery roadmap to reduce administrative workload for the teams.

What You'll Do

Manage inter-connected projects with respect to Product Development productivity. Implement governance to control deadlines, budgets and activities.

Work with cross-functional teams with Global Sourcing to implement the align strategies and objectives.

Work with different teams to define, implement and support the E2E process change to improve productivity.

Prepare executive documentation for senior leadership meetings.

Help in the delivery of functional Training workshops to share new process and ways-of-working with relevant functional teams.

Spearhead analysis of company data and visualization, detailed process mapping and flowchart presentation.

Support the delivery of projects including documentation of current state, analysis and identification of opportunities and recommendations

Support execution of strategic initiatives including the processes, tools and systems required.

Support project status monitoring and reporting, budget tracking, etc.

Business Acumen

  • Good understanding of Product Development and Production Creation processes, Industry knowledge of apparel supply chain management within international brand and retail environment.
  • Project and / or program management experience. Knowledge of Design Thinking and / or Agile methodologies a plus.
