Job Description

  • Perform project admin duties consist but not limited to the followings :
  • Ensure timely and quality of entry of time sheet, centralized resource plan by development team members.
  • Perform filing of project related documents and circulate related documents for approval.
  • Prepare project plans and monitor project progress.
  • Oversee and update status in Risk and Issue Registers.
  • Periodic creation and update of project management reports.
  • Monitor project CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Organize meetings and assist in preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Perform IT and user communications, contract negotiation, assist in preparation of tendering documents, etc.
  • Monitor ISO risk repository.
  • Perform other value-added activities like exploration of new applications / technologies, assist in workflow refinement, etc.
  • Job Requirement :

  • High diploma or university graduate with 5 to 8 of project management experience.
  • Attain project management certification is desirable.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, well organized, proactive characteristics, good in communications, presentable and is able to handle and resolve conflicts.
  • Successful candidate will have a chance to be trained with the latest project management methodologies. It also helps to attain the certification in the project management career.
