Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for all in-house technical support in network, hardware and software issues
Perform help desk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.
Participate in IT procurement and implementation
Perform other duties assigned
Job Requirements :
Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 year of working experience in IT Support / System administration
Related experience in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve desktop & laptop, applications, server and network issues
Good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
