At Mercer, we have access to some of the best marketing solutions in the world Marketo; Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager and are focused on using these to drive revenue for the business as well as enhance our brand in the market.
You will be responsible for developing and bringing Mercer in AMEA’s marketing and brand strategy to life through Mercer’s brand and digital solutions, by providing a platform for demand generation and lead nurturing.
You will also be responsible for driving behavioral change to grow our digital audience.
You will work closely with Mercer’s Marketing Leaders in AMEA, global and regional stakeholders as well as Mercer’s PR / Media Manager.
You will be responsible for the way the website and digital assets come together to support these revenue and branding objectives.
You will be passionate about digital, content, SEO / SEM and the development of personas to drive the right client journeys.
You will play a leading role in ensuring continuous improvement and setting the direction for our brand and digital strategies as Mercer continues to roll out digital enhancements such as e-commerce, personalisation and ABM globally.
A critical component of your role will be learning from global colleagues and competitors about how digital assets can and should be used then encouraging the business to get maximum value from these assets.
The successful candidate will have 6+ years’ strategy and digital marketing experience, a strong background in content creation and management - SEO and SEM, as well as experience running integrated marketing campaigns across websites, marketing automation systems and social media.
This is a busy role. You will be a confident communicator, able to work with and effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders and portfolios.
You must be able to prioritise effectively, roll up your sleeves and do the work, have good time management skills and be comfortable working under pressure.
