Ensure suppliers clearly understand the quality and delivery objectives set by the Merchandising Manager.
Meet all instructions and relevant deadlines.
Follow up on production status feedback and results and report to the Manager for further analysis.
Receive, understand and take relevant action according the new seasonal strategies and priorities set by the Merchandising Manager.
Assist Manager in all the Production operative tasks such as volume analysis and allocation, factory risk evaluation and proto counter costing study aimed at ensuring the best margin efficiency to the Company.
Represent the Company in supplier and factory evaluation and inspection.
Carry out scheduled trips to the factories to ensure quality and delivery standards are meet expectations.
Ensure that fabrics, trims and finished garments reflect quality levels appropriate to the requirements provided by HQ.
Ensure the respect of the Production delivery schedule is met and report results to the Merchandising Manager.
Participate in Suggestion Meeting activities
Form 5 or above.
At least 5-7 years work experience with Woven products (especially woven outerwear), including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Familiar with the entire garment production process and having worked within EU markets is preferable.
Well organized, good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin.
Proficient with Microsoft Office application.
Willing to travel.
