We are looking for a driven, hard-working and highly organised PR Account Executive to join our integrated team at Grayling, working solely on one of the company’s biggest clients.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, with incredible attention-to-detail and exceptional research and writing skills.
The successful candidate will join an integrated communications team, with day-to-day responsibilities including media monitoring and reporting, content development and event management.
They will also work with our London team closely to ensure smooth operation of client projects and pre-event logisitics.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Ideally already has 1 to 2 years PR experience at an agency or well-known brand. Candidate with less than 1 year experience will be offered the account coordinator role.
Excellent research and organization skills.
Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese and takes absolute pride in the quality of their written work
Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with basic Photoshop skills a bonus
Good knowledge of various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
A team player and analytical thinker with the ability to work under pressure and capable of adapting to fast pace environment
Content development and translation research and develop feature article outline and assist in content translations (mainly from Chinese to English).
Project Management media monitoring and reporting, project status tracking and preparation of closing reports.
Event Management handle media RSVPs and enquiries as well as pre-event logistics and device management.
Working with the team to help manage stakeholders / influencer collaborations research and identification of key stakeholders / influencers; third party liaison.
Proposal research and support including desktop research, sourcing for best practice and case studies, as well as participation in brainstorming sessions.
