We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as PayMe Digital Delivery Lead .

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of multiple complex customer experience enhancement initiatives from design through to release
  • Work directly with various stakeholders such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Process Designers, Information Technology, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
  • Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
  • Define Agile project working approach and enforce all team members to follow the same methodology
  • Ensure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communications on the project status throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
  • Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects
  • Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
  • Develop various project documentation to stakeholders such as Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints
  • Input to Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptions
  • Supporting the delivery production line ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers
  • Requirements

  • Solid experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong skills to lead teams and motivate others to achieve objectives
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to interact professionally with an array of business users
  • Dynamic and adaptive to a global collaborative project team environment
  • Experience in Agile Project methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence
  • Understanding of User Interface and User Experience design
  • Strong experience in Retail Banking Area, Merchant acquiring or Cash Management
  • Understands different mindsets and analyses options to develop implementable solutions
  • Gains a clear understanding of others' point of view by listening, asking clarifying questions and reflecting back, encourages and facilitates open and honest debate with tact and integrity
  • Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience
  • Builds effective working relationships with analysis and design teams in our delivery partners and works well with external partners
  • Must be able to work closely with the Information Technology team as well as business representatives
  • Self-awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development
  • Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently
  • Experience of working on complex projects with multiple work-streams
  • Ability to understand and analyze process risk
  • Ability to identify the deliverables needed to complete a task or project
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills particularly in communication, workshop facilitation and consensus building
  • High levels of self-motivation, be able to self-manage and deliver to committed timescale
  • Adaptive, the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
  • A strong team player, highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in a larger programme of work and acknowledging other areas, individuals' roles and responsibilities
  • High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese
