The Job
This is a key strategic NEW hire for the business, as the Head of Platform Marketing you will build and develop digital member communities of our Platform business, creating best-in-class customer journey experiences, digital content, loyalty programming & building the Platform marketing program in cooperation with cross functional teams.
The role encompasses the full marketing mix with particular emphasis on customer acquisition and retention and digital marketing.
You will drive online traffic, robust member data collection and also support the online user experience to optimize engagement and conversion.
You will own, build and develop the digital marketing strategy, lead the CRM agenda and build strong relationships with agency partners.
You will also establish a framework to evaluate and monitor campaign performance supported by proactive budget and marketing spend management;

Platform Communication Strategy
Collaborate with wider stakeholders, lead and drive marketing and community strategies across the company from platform growth to audience retention and engagement
Launch initiatives that will drive increases in lead conversion, engagement, and retention metrics as well as build our platform branding with engaging storytelling
Setting out an effective strategic marketing plan, with clear deliverables, that aligns to the wider business goals
Driving digital transformation by sharing insights from campaigns and sharing best-practices
Overseeing platform marketing channels and other social, distribution channels that breeds a thriving community
Provide strategic input on all digital content and campaign
Work closely with cross marketing teams to create a best-in-class integrated customer journey from lead to new customer to ongoing engagement, review campaign roadmaps and prioritization of implementations based
Lead the execution of key digital strategies including digital media, eDM, SEO, SEM, programmatic, digital content and analyses metrics to deliver insightful reports that demonstrate traffic growth impact
CRM & Data Driven
Optimizes Marketing Performance Collects and interprets data to measure performance against goals to drive continuous improvement and inform agile business decision-making
Develop customer journey map and optimize engagement based on platform analytics
Further development of CRM initiatives to meet specific KPI, using customer insights to find strategic solutions to grow the business and Platform branding
Collaborate with Data & Insight team to analyze performance of digital channels, understand target audiences and their behavior at various stages of the lifecycle to develop insight-based engagement programs
With the usage of data and analytics, identify and see growth opportunities that drives business goals
The Successful Candidate
University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
10 + years relevant experience in brand management / digital marketing / ecommerce platform
Entrepreneurial attitude, with a desire to pioneer strategic imaginative approaches, results & profit oriented
Business mindset with very good numerical & analytical skills, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in the area of e-Commerce, CMS, platforms and interfaces
Deep understanding of digital customer journey development and optimization in HK and Greater China market including Outdoor, Paid Search, Affiliates, Social, Display, Programmatic, KOL etc.
Experience working in collaborative environments requiring communication and feedback from multiple partners, stakeholders and senior management
Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
Fluency in both English and Cantonese is a MUST
