If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and capabilities across all digital channels.
Digital Campaign Management
Create, manage, and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns and be the digital marketing practice leader for Hong Kong.
Leverage digital marketing best practices and tools to attract, target, convert and retain customers through harnessing the collective deployment of Search, Display, Social Test & Targeting tactics.
Manage and inspire external partners in the development of digital marketing initiatives.
Ensure the management of the end-to-end digital marketing operations discipline that leverages digital marketing, processes and technology practices to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing initiatives.
Lead, execute and manage digital marketing tools and practices.
Continuously apply digital customer insights to improve digital content and experience to optimize customer value.
Define standardized customer-centric processes for the effective management of digital marketing campaigns and corresponding tools for real-time bid / buy media including SEM, display, email marketing, social media marketing and remarketing.
Constantly pursue digital marketing opportunities through effective leverage of market research, customer feedback mechanisms, digital tools and digital analytics to heighten digital customer experience and financial goals.
Own the achievement of digital marketing business targets and agreed KPIs.
Manage all digital marketing programs. Regularly report findings and identify campaign optimization opportunities to fulfill key business goals.
Execute media and marketing spends to ensure effective utilization of digital marketing budgets to meet / exceed efficiency goals.
Good knowledge of financial aspects of digital marketing campaign management, including budgeting, revenue generation, direct and indirect expenses in the digital domain.
Work closely with internal business units to ensure digital strategy is aligned with all online and offline marketing strategies and are in compliance with prevailing governance standards.
Execute plans as per Hong Kong Digital Marketing Strategy in concert with country financial and customer centricity goals.
Apply comprehensive project management skills to manage digital marketing efforts.
Responsible for executing digital content strategies including content strategy development (including tone of voice), planning, analysis and governance in-line with customer acquisition, maturation and retention objectives as part of defined lifecycle marketing model.
Develop digital retention programs, marketing campaigns and programs to enhance customer acquisition and repeat purchase.
Collaborate with country and regional teams to enhance digital marketing tools and capabilities.
Establish and monitor industry level benchmarks for digital marketing performance and digital customer experience.
Develop competitive analysis by segment, channel and LOB - through a structured approach to identify and act on developments in the digital domain to defend and expand AIG’ position in the market.
Remain abreast of current digital marketing trends and technologies.
Closely track digital marketing performance and pursue digital optimization efforts through the deployment and management of campaign reporting and social listening dashboards.
Prepare and manage regular management reports for digital production metrics, customer engagement / experience and analytics.
Manage and reconcile digital marketing budgets in tandem with peer business functions.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
3-4 years’ work experience with extensive understanding of Digital Marketing and e-commerce practices.
Experienced in the management of integrated marketing and cross-discipline marketing concepts from creation to implementation.
Demonstrated ability to function as a digital marketing practitioner within a cross-functional organization.
Demonstrated ability to adapt digital marketing tactics in response to domain developments as they arise.
Solid understanding of the digital marketing including web, mobile, content management, media and advertising.
Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics and data-driven business performance management.
High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate concepts and plans that resonates with internal target audience at all levels.
Outstanding skills in business computing (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and digital analytics tools, particularly digital marketing, content management and tracking tools.
Excellent business analysis ability. Good working knowledge managing financial aspects of the business including budgeting, sales revenue, direct and indirect expenses and portfolio management.
Mature and proven track record in working independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance.
An outcome-driven, creative thinker with an innovative bent to problem solving.
Strong knowledge of competitor or best in class functionality and a keen ability to prioritize tasks to deliver quick yet meaningful results.
Insurance and / or financial institution experience highly desired.
Professional command over English and Cantonese required
Experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Site Catalyst a plus
