Underthe Senior CRM Marketing, the CRM Marketing manager will be responsible fordeveloping and implement the CRM Marketing strategy which delivers sustainedand incremental revenue growth, encourages cross-sell and upset across thecategory mix and drive high quality interaction with the customer.

He will runacquisition and activation programmes through email, SMS, push notification andin app messaging via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

He has a strong expertise inMarketing Cloud and capable to use extensively the platforms (Email Studio,Journey Builder, automation, DE, AMPscript, etc )

  • Work closely with operations team, I.T. Department and internal department to ensure the action plans and marketing campaigns roll-out effectively, from scratch till completion
  • Support the CX Team to develop and execute all pro-active communication
  • Manage the CRM Marketing platform and ensure all implementations are following the guidelines
  • Managing timeline and make sure deliverables are done on time
  • Leading design and implementation in Marketing Cloud - journey, automation, data extension structure, emailing, personalised content, etc...
  • Driving testing plan
  • Providing reporting and performance analysis
  • Configuring accounts setup, administration for users and new Business Units *roles and permissions, sender profiles, users, etc )
  • Designing, optimising, and executing campaigns using strategies such as A / B testing, throttled sending, journeys, marketing automations and dynamic content
  • Preparing and updating the platform for each SFMC release, when applicable
  • Coming with the latest best practices on Marketing Cloud and implementing them for each new campaigns / projects
  • Liaisingwith Marketing Cloud support - Salesforce - for all topic related to theplatform : platforms debug, issue resolution, incidents, etc...

    Qualifications

  • 6 years of managing CRM marketing programs
  • Experience leveraging a complex marketingautomation
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-onexperience managing Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge in SQL query
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively todeliver in accordance with schedule
  • Good team player to work ina diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
