The China Success Team (CST) sits within the Global Strategic Planning organization and is responsible for business operations in support of Salesforce’s strategic partnership with Alibaba.
The team strives to ensure successful engagements between Salesforce customers, partners, internal teams, and Alibaba; and delivery of the financial and strategic goals of the Alibaba partnership.
To do this, the CST designs and manages processes and tools for training, enablement, and support of Alibaba and our mutual customers and partners.
The CST is looking for a talented, proven leader and team player who will direct the strategy and operations for referring Salesforce customers to Alibaba, and Alibaba customers expanding their Salesforce usage outside of China to Salesforce account teams globally.
This role will report to the VP, China Success Team and lead a team of sales and renewals professionals.
