The Job


  • Be the Finance lead to implement finance modules in Group’s ERP System to SEA and NA countries.
  • Engage with commercial, supply chain and store operation business process owner, country finance, group finance to collect business requirement and to define group business processes and SOP with best practice.
  • Coordinate with external consultant and IT to define system solution and functional requirement
  • Identify existing inefficient finance processes. Proactively look for opportunities and solutions to optimize and automate the business processes
  • Maintain or create proper documentation such as training materials, guidelines, SOPs etc.

  • Execute the project plan and monitor the progress
  • Timely report the status update and potential issues to management
  • Support on SOP documentation
  • Support on change management
  • Follow up and provide hyper care after projects roll out
  • The Person

  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, Implementing regional finance project operations or business process transformation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects required;
  • Experience in financial accounting, preferable in retail industry
  • Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
  • Fast learner with good analytical minded and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, highly self-initiated, well organized, good planner, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • High mobility (available for travel or work aboard)
