WHAT YOU’LL DO?
In charge of operation / logistic & sales administration process from receiving customer order to deliver goods to customer
Monitoring and controlling of an external 3PL and management of incoming & outgoing shipments into different countries / regions
Order management and follow up manufacturing processes with different suppliers
Manage ERP system (Peoplesoft), monitoring tools, interfaces, etc.
Solving problems in close cooperation with the external warehouse and the internal teams at Ubisoft
Close internal cooperation and coordination with the Finance, Sales, Trade Marketing and IT departments in an international environment
Participation in tenders and condition negotiations with local suppliers
In constant exchange with our French HQ (English speaking)
WHAT YOU NEED ?
Not less than 3 years experiences in Sales Administration or operation area
Extremely well organized and a team player
Proactive and act accordingly in problem situations
Very good communication and inter-personnel skill
Able to work independently on various complex topics in an international environment that is constantly evolving.
Speak fluent English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle PeopleSoft (ERP system) and MicroStrategy will be a plus.
