Role and Responsibilities :
PCCW Global is looking for a Process Analyst to join the London, UK office.
Report to Process Manager
Document new and existing Business processes in defined format that address company-wide interdepartmental and intradepartmental scope.
Document defined procedures, ownership & responsibilities of various departments.
Maintain the Business Process Library in a centralized location / portal accessible by all staff as authorized or approved by management.
Align, negotiate and compromise with different departments or parties to work out the Best Practices for both interdepartmental and intradepartmental procedures.
Define and agree on terms and definitions to be used across the board in the company for easy communication and to mitigate or avoid mis-understanding.
Set up regular process review mechanism for continual service, efficiency & productivity improvement.
Collect, consolidate and confirm User requirements. Prepare User / Business Requirement Specification for IT related project development affecting business processes.
Organize meetings, trainings and user acceptance tests.
Support user’s enquiries on Business Processes
Diploma in Computer Science / Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience.
Experience in process re-engineering preferable
Excellent analytical and root cause analysis skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected
Independent, mature, initiative and is able to produce high quality deliverables under tight
Good written and verbal communication in English
