As a Global Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for the clients, delivering on Schwab’s purpose of championing every client’s goals with passion and integrity.

  • What you are good at

  • Provide support and information to customers over the phone, face-to-face and through written communication
  • Actively promote and educate clients with respect to products and services offered by Charles Schwab, Hong Kong
  • Actively listening to understand customer needs while addressing the root causes of issues
  • Initiator for identifying and raising process and procedural enhancements
  • Work as a team member and individual contributor to meet team targets
  • Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and / or service issues
  • What you have

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • HK SFC registered Investment Representative in regulated activities type 1 & 4
  • FINRA Series 7 license preferred (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Proven experience (+ 2 years) with experience in either Brokerage, Asset Management or Banking
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Enthusiastic team orientation with a positive attitude and an ability to take initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong team orientation with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage complex work and be self-directed
  • Effective listening and probing skills to understand needs and provide solutions to participants
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications
  • Fluent in English and relevant local language (Cantonese / Mandarin)
