This position is supporting the Vice President Sales & Marketing APAC and the team in various Sales and Marketing projects, also, the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities in the APAC region.
The candidate is a team player and forward thinker who can coordinate and communicate internally with all staff and stakeholder externally in Hong Kong.
We also expect an exchange of new ideas and best practice of workflow.
Support by researching for ideas to propose initiatives and activities about staff events and customer events, on various topics, such as staff engagements, customer engagements, greening, diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibilities, etc.;
Support staff administration aspects, including service recognition program launch, virtual town hall, team building events, PPE distributions, etc.,
Support the ESG initiatives implementation across the APAC region.
Spot on improvement opportunities when taking part in organizing the above activities, propose more efficient approaches and processes;
Support the logistics of customer conferences and meetings, and to build, improve and maintain customer contact database to make sure it is updated at all times;
Provide support to Vice President Sales & Marketing APAC and Administration Project Specialist on all matters.
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree Holder;

Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc
