Our client is a reputable and well-established property developer in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a secretarial talent to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Chairman Office
  • Coordination of meetings, bookings and appointments arrangement for senior executives
  • Assist in preparing various reports, correspondences and other documentations
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requsted by the management
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience with large scale companies background preferred
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST)
  • Meticulous and well-organised with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
