Responsibilities :
You will act as department head, supervise and lead the development of the APAC regional FI credit team
You will maintain quality of FI portfolio, monitor credit requests and ensure credit procedures are adhered to internal policies and guidelines
You will ensure high quality of counterparty risk analysis and complete annual reviews in a timely manner
You will ensure involvement on ISDA / CSA / NAFMII / GMRA is handled articulately and escalate for approval when necessary
You will be required to develop on credit analytical skills, financial market and banking product knowledge to enhance performance and ensure quality of FI portfolio
Requirements :
Undergraduate degree of Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
Proven experience in the banking sector with excellent knowledge in risk management or counterparty risk management
Fluency in English
