Job Summary

Contribute to the achievement of the business goals and objectives of the Services to Sales team under the Quality Management & Business Development Department by managing and overseeing the campaign planning and implementation function to ensure all the services to sales initiatives are well planned and well implemented, and support the launch of AIA strategic projects, such as multi-

channel initiatives, digital online platform etc. The Position will also support the Agency Training Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Services to Sales Initiatives Campaign Management

  • Support the team head to manage and oversee the business planning functions for the Services to Sales Team to help drive and strive various services to sales initiatives in order to achieve business targets
  • Work closely with internal business partners to lay down the strategic yearly business and activity calendar plan with consideration of leveraging the optimal resources of the operation floor
  • Assist team head to drive and propose an effective incentive motivation scheme for the floor with the aim to drive for operation efficiency and productivity under a sales / service performance driven working environment
  • Ensure each services to sales initiative / campaign is well planned and well implemented to meet the target campaign performance and achievement
  • Design logistic flow, scripts, procedures and system documentation for each services to sales campaigns to meet its campaign requirements
  • Manage and monitor each campaign KPIs and report to management on any deviated trend for improvement and resolution
  • Continuously review room for system enhancement, such as TIPS enhancement with the aim to drive for more system automation to increase overall operation efficiency and campaign efficiency
  • Monitor overall sales performance for both new sales and renewal sales performance to ensure they hit the yearly business targets
  • Assist team head to analyze both the floor productivity and individual staff productivity to ensure each services to sales campaign are cost effective
  • Support the company’s new initiatives by handling the planning and implementation of difficult and complicated campaigns, such as e-
  • commerce initiatives or online digital shopping platform etc

  • Organize campaign briefing to the floor and conduct interim evaluation for result improvement as well as post campaign evaluation for future learning purpose
  • Mentor, assist and delegate subordinate on assigning campaign planning job and monitor and ensure all campaigns are well planned and well implemented in a quality and professional manner
  • Agency Support Program

  • Assist team head to provide support to the Agency Support Team by helping to implement the Agency Support Programs in order to achieve the business objectives for agencies
  • Assist to handle and review the logistics items for the cold call workshops including but not limited to uploading the random call list, consolidating the attendance list for each sessions, arranging the charging to agency and etc
  • Handle the logistics items for agent telesales workshops including but not limit to printing the attendance list, appointment making track record, generate the sales record and etc
  • Take the lead to manage and help monitor the KPIs performance of the Agency Support team with result analysis and tracking with the aim to ensure training programs are effectively conducted towards achieving the KPIs
  • Operations Efficiency Improvement

  • Assist team heads to work closely with frontline to collect their feedbacks to streamline their workflow and drive for system enhancement in order to achieve operations efficiency
  • Assist the managers to review and streamline services to sales capabilities in terms of automation, operation and procedural work flow
  • Other responsibilities

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
  • Job Requirements

  • University graduate in any discipline with 5 years’ experience, or
  • HKALE holder or equivalent with 6 years working experience, or
  • HKCEE / DSE holder or equivalent with at least 8 year’s working experience
  • Candidate with HK Insurance Intermediary Examination Paper 1,2 and 3 is a must
  • Qualification with Paper 4 and 5 is an added advantage
  • Experience in insurance services and operations / call centre operation added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Detail minded, efficient, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • A good team player
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English
