Assistant Manager, IT Services

Daily handle helpdesk calls, service requests and enquiries arisen from users with assistance of seconding staffs

Assist manager to handle large scale IT projects and individual handle small-size desk-side IT projects

Liaise with vendors to deliver services according to company standard and committed service levels

Keep track of the service deliverables and update status to both tracking systems and users in timely matters

Standby to receive server room facility alarms and report to vendor for problem resolution

Install hardware and software driven from helpdesk calls and service requests

Perform regular software patching exercise to all corporate PCs

Report to manager for unknown or repeated IT problems

On-shift Saturday helpdesk support standby and IT Project works in non-office hours

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

Degree holder or equivalent in Information Technology or related disciplines

Minimum 6 years of experience in PC supports, preferably in financial services industry

Able to serve as technical advisory to internal customers

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Self-motivated and good team player.
