Job Description : Responsibilities :
Support International membership growth strategy focused on channel sales management - growing subscriber revenue and volume, as well as executing strategic initiatives in APAC and EMEA.
To reach and overachieve on business objectives set for channel sales business such as expanding individual, corporate and education membership internationally
To develop and implement new and innovative partnership models that can drive digital growth (revenue and volume) across international markets collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
To motivate and manage existing channel sales partners with effective and efficient strategic planning as well as tactical / promotional projects.
To build and maintain a strong network of new and existing subscription agencies that can contribute to key global membership growth goals for consumer brands.
To work seamlessly with all stakeholders across multiple departments including Tech, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other company functions to establish efficient workflows in all channel sales management projects
Dynamic and driven sales professional with at least 3 years prior experience in sales or business development and experience in developing and managing partner relationships
Strong sales performance record
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects effectively across internal and external organizations
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to build strong network of business contacts across industries
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative, creativity, communication skills and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
