Due to the growth of our business in Hong Kong, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Manager (Individual Life and Medical) in our Traditional Distribution, A&H department.

The Manager (Individual Life and Medical) role is responsible to act as a team head and responsible for the overall sales strategies for the individual life and medical products.

Implement the strategic initiatives and ensure all the sales initiatives are tied to the company’s growth plan.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise a sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Drive product / distribution / marketing / service initiatives in order to deliver the sales results
  • Promote both the individual life and medical insurance products to brokers including IFAs and alternate channels
  • Recruit new brokers & IFAs to promote our product sales and expand our sales network
  • Provide quality service to brokers & IFAs with the aim to cultivate and develop new business
  • Manage producer (broker / IFA) relationship and portfolio in an effective manner
  • Lead / drive product developments and related marketing ad-hot project or activities including events
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate major in Business Management / Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ sales experience with at least 3 years’ in supervisory role in insurance or banking industry, previous exposure in life insurance sector is an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with brokers and IFAs is an advantage
  • Able to work with cross functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; with strong people management skills and able to manage a team
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated
  • PC proficiency in MS Office
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
