2 建立 更新数据库及完善话术

3 制作专用工单及各类报表

4 制定服务标准 阶段性要求及提供改善方案

5 根据业务内容进行文字回复

任职要求

1 香港地区应聘者需具备中五或以上学历 大陆地区应聘者需具备大专以上学历

2 具备流利普通话 表达准确 口齿清晰 有较强亲和力 熟练计算机基本操作 中文打字速度每分钟不少于40字

3 具备较强服务意识 能体现公司专业服务理念

4 有良好团队合作及敬业精神 具备较强沟通协调能力

5 具有独立分析及解决问题能力 能承受较大工作压力

6 有金融业客户服务经验者优先

7 有内地工作或生活经验者优先

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling and reverting inquiries, complaints, suggestions of calls with immediate action.

2. Creating and updating information database with professional responding techniques.

3. Preparing specialized work orders and making various type of statements.

4. Developing service standards, phased requirements and improvement plans.

5. Providing reports according to the business operations.

Requirements :

1. F5 or above required for Hong Kong candidates, Diploma holder required for Mainland China candidates.

2. Proficiency in spoken Putonghua, accurate expression, articulate, strong appetency; hand on basic operations experience on computer, typing speed in Chinese not less than 40 words per minute.

3. Strong sense of service, able to reflect professional service idea of the organization.

4. Good team spirit and dedicated mindset, strong ability of communication and coordination.

5. Strong independent analytical and problem solving skill sets, ability to work under high pressure.

6. Practical working experience in customer service of financial industry is preferred.

7. Worked / lived experience in Mainland China is preferred.
