Who we're looking for
As a Creative Project Manager, you will take a crucial role in the Creative Team to coordinate and drive challenging projects to completion.
We are looking for a Project Manager who has a deep understanding of various media forms from motion graphics, product design, and illustration to drive the team to higher quality standards for Crypto.
com's growth. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating campaigns and daily creatives. The team is remote working friendly.
What you will be doing
Assist Creative Team and product owners to coordinate and oversee project development from start to completion
Communicate and coordinate project requirements, timelines and status updates to stakeholders, project leads, marketing and growth team members
Determine and define project scope and objectives proactively
Predict resources needed for deliverables and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, while tracking project progress milestones to ensure timely delivery
Maintain project documentation and file management
Work closely with the internal teams to build all materials for Crypto.com’s needs
Point of communication between various teams internally and vendors externally
Who you are
5-8 years of project management and related experience
Able to work independently to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with high attention to detail
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Understanding of creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite CC 2021 Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, etc is a plus
Naturally well-organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
Proactive, fast and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource and stakeholder management
Strong communicator, independent and driven individual
Collaborative and humble spirit
Open-mindedness and flexibility
